Wedding Day Management
Up to 100 guest (additional fee for greater than 100 guest)
services begins 60 days out
- (2) 1hr Virtual/in person meetings to understand preference and plans for the day of wedding
- Review vendor contracts
- Vendor follow up and oversee day of set up
- Vendor Schedule
- Ceremony and reception timeline creation
- Time management
- Coordinate distribution of final payments and gratuities
- Set-up of small personal items (guest book, champagne flutes, cake cutter and candle/sand items)
- Cue all music changes and speeches
- Cue guest of honor and family for special moments
- Cue bridal party and both families through the rehearsal, ceremony and reception activities
- Manage and remedy moment to moment challenges (limited to event related issues only)
- Oversee implementation of design and decor at ceremony and reception site (No manual labor)
- Oversee timely flip of room from ceremony to reception, if needed (no manual labor)
- Rehearsal coordination for up to 2hrs
- Up to two coordinators with Max 12 hour wedding day coverage
- Unlimited communication during the wedding month
